NEW CONCORD, Ky. (AP) -- Investigators have resumed searching for two Kentucky children who disappeared while playing in a wooded area outside of their grandmother's home in the southwestern corner of the state.
Calloway County officials say 7-year-old Ben Davis and 5-year-old Cameron Davis were reported missing at about 4 p.m. Thursday when their grandmother couldn't find them. Sheriff Bill Marcum says officers and volunteers were resuming the search Friday morning.
Marcum says the boys likely are still in the woods near the home.
Both boys have light brown hair and light eyes. Cameron was last wearing jeans and a long sleeve T-shirt, while Ben was wearing a T-shirt and Nike pants.
Marcum says the department has accumulated a long list of volunteers from the community overnight and no more are needed right now.
