Fraternity Alumni sends soup to the Cards

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After catching wind of the Cardinals playing and hacking their way to a victory in Friday's game, an alumni association rushes to help them recover.

The Delta Upsilon Alumni Association took notice of the Cards playing while under the weather and wanted to help.

They made a special phone call into Shapiro's, Indianapolis's famous Jewish delicatessen, and ordered up 50 servings of chicken and matzo ball soup to be delivered to the team at their hotel.

The fraternity wanted to aid the Cards in a speedy recovery in hopes of a National Championship victory to follow.
