Louisville man charged with attempted murder after shooting

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has been charged with attempted murder after police say he fired two shots into a vehicle, injuring the occupant.

According to the arrest report, 38-year-old Robert A. Cole fired two shots through the windshield of the victim's truck around 6:30 p.m. April 3, near his residence in 2700 block W. Elliott Avenue, which is just north of Broadway.

The victim sustained injuries to his right arm. Police say they obtained video of the incident.

Cole was arrested early April 4 and charged with attempted murder. He's being held at Metro Corrections.
