LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a man who said he was shipping "bunny rabbits" was so intoxicated his blood-alcohol concentration was .336.

Police stopped 37-year-old Jonathan T. Wiseman near the intersection of Zorn Avenue and Mellwood Avenue just after 5 p.m. Sunday.

Police say Wiseman told them, "he was hauling a load of bunny rabbits off of Mockingbird Gardens."

But police followed him and allegedly witnessed him cross over the centerline and drive into the median.

When police approached Wiseman, he smelled strongly of alcohol, according to the arrest report. Police say they found two empty cans of Bud Light inside the vehicle, as well as one full can.

His blood-alcohol concentration was .336, according to the arrest report.

Wiseman was arrested and charged with DUI.
