LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Why Louisville is getting some national recognition.
Roadside America now lists the Why Louisville store on East Market Street as an official roadside attraction.
The store includes a full size bust of Colonel Sanders, a Fontaine Ferry ticket booth and a seat shaped like a pair of chattering teeth.
Owner Will Russell says it's Colonel Sanders who scares children in his store.
"It's already reduced one child to tears. It is very terrifying as you might notice," Russell said. "It's very lifelike -- the hair I assume is real human hair, and then the suit is one of colonel's original suits."
The original Why Louisville store on Bardstown Road opened in 2005.
The second location opened on East Market street last month.
