LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Animal Planet says a show that follows Kentucky's "Turtleman" will return with new episodes in June.

"Call of the Wildman" features Ernie "Turtleman" Brown removing nuisance animals with his bare hands. The new season will include 20 episodes.

Brown, who is known for corralling dangerous snapping turtles, became a YouTube sensation with a snapping turtle-snatching video a few years ago. He was featured on WDRB in the Morning in 2009 before landing his own reality TV show.

Brown lives in Lebanon.

Animal Planet says in a statement that Brown will be taking on coyotes, llamas, snakes, crocodiles and bulls in the new season, which debuts June 2.

The network says new episodes include a snapping turtle rescue with Brown's mother and a visit to Louisville's Waverly Hills Sanatorium.
