Proformance offers five simple exercises to improve your golf game
Warm weather inspires golfers to get out on the links. And the time has arrived to take inventory of equipment, dust off the golf clubs and get ready to hit the links. But don't forget about the most important piece of equipment- your body.
Proformance personal trainer Carlos Rivas is offering a golf-specific training program will help increase club head speed and accuracy! Their gym also has a golf fitness coach Joe Lively.
The Most Common Exercises utilized to Improve Your Golf Game Performance:
1. Single Leg Balance w/ eyes open and eyes closed.
3. Horizontal Chops with bands
4. Seated Trunk Rotation with Stability Ball
5. Supine Bridge with leg extension
There is an identical sequence of speed or energy generation for all great golfers. That sequence is lower body first, thorax second, lead arm third, and the club shaft last.
Proformance's Joe Lively is a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Coach. He can help improve your golf game. If you're interested, contact him at email@example.com or 502-895-3472.
