"Country Memories" concert at Horseshoe Southern Indiana benefits veterans

The Elizabeth Lions Club in Elizabeth Indiana, Horseshoe Southern Indiana and RTME Productions presents "Country Memories", a Country Music Show.

The event happens at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana Showroom from 2pm to 5pm Sunday, April 21st to benefit the Harrison County DAV Van Program.

The show will be a mixture of modern and traditional with a little bit of Bluegrass and Gospel.

The benefit is a fundraiser to purchase a new van for the program run by the Harrison County Veterans Service Office.

The program transports Harrison County Veterans to and from their VA medical appointments free of charge.

The van will be used five days a week and will benefit over 100 Veterans in Harrison County.

The DAV Van Program is all-volunteer.

Volunteers are always needed.

To volunteer one or more days a month or for transportation call the Veterans Service Office at (812) 738-4249.

Doors open at 1 PM.

This is a family friendly event.

All seats are reserved.

Tickets are $50/$40/$30.
