Crestwood woman accused of stealing Pegasus Pins, police say
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Shoplifting Pegasus Pins: that is what Louisville Police say Melissa Quiggins did at the Kroger Store on 2nd Street.
Using a motorized wheelchair, she allegedly took two Pegasus Pins, soda, beer and makeup, then hid them under her legs, before leaving the store without paying.
Police say it wasn't the first time Quiggins had shoplifted at the store. She is now charged with theft and criminal trespassing.
