LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- At least 9 Louisville daycares are suing the state's Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
The lawsuit was filed after the state pulled the daycare centers' funding because of allegations of fraud.
The state revoked the licenses of 18 child care centers in Louisville after a yearlong investigation.
The child care centers are appealing the state's efforts to shut them down.
An attorney representing the child care centers has asked a judge to restore the funding but no ruling was issued.
