LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The FAA wants UPS to pay a $4 million penalty.

Officials claim the package delivery company incorrectly repaired the skin on two planes, and installed the wrong fasteners on two other planes before flying them.

The problems date back to 2008 and 2009. They were corrected two or three months after they were discovered.
