LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A student at Fern Creek High School has been arrested for selling "marijuana brownies," according to authorities.
It happened Thursday morning, shortly before 10:30 at the school, which is located near the corner of Bardstown Road and Ferndale Road.
Authorities say 18-year-old Alec Eleby came to school with a container holding four individually wrapped marijuana brownies. He allegedly sold the brownies to a student, charging $10 for two brownies.
When his backpack was searched, authorities allegedly found a "small amount" of marijuana.
He was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
