LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- As the Belle of Louisville cruises toward it's 100th year, the venerable steamboat is embracing social media.
The Belle is on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. With the 51st annual Great Steamboat Race coming up this Wednesday, it's looking for people to share their experiences. Belle of Louisville CEO Linda Harris said in a news release, "We want them to post their pictures to Facebook and Twitter and other social media."
During the race, the Belle itself will be tweeting as it shares photos of celebrities and updates the progress of the race.
