LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is in jail after police say he hit a 14-year-old boy in the head with a hammer.
Police say they found Billy Mills after responding to a domestic violence call at a home on Indian Oaks Circle, near Poplar Level Road last night. Officers say Mills was drunk and got into a fight with the boy about money -- then he hit him.
The boy was taken to Norton Suburban Hospital. His condition is not known.
