LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Something new is brewing in downtown Jeffersonville, as plans are in the works for the Red Yeti Brewing Company to come there.
A husband and wife are behind the restaurant. The name comes from the owner's nickname.
He brews his own beer, and there's been a demand for it, so they decided to open a restaurant.
Brandi Ronau of the brewing company explains, "We tried it in California -- not friendly to small businesses. Starting up, Jeff has been awesome with just coming and saying we have this available. They're actually looking for businesses like us."
The restaurant will seat 80 to 100 people. If all goes as planned, the owners hope to be open by August.
