LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a drunk man was arrested on Derby Day after he mounted a horse statue at Churchill Downs and caused a disturbance.
According to an arrest report, it happened shortly after 7 p.m. at the statue in front of the racetrack.
Police say 33-year-old Bradley Wayne Hill was a danger to himself and others, and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.
He was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct, both of which were misdemeanor charges.
