LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- There's still no construction apparent at a southern Indiana concert hall that was destroyed by a fire several years ago.

A sign at the Little Nashville Opry property in Brown County suggests a 2013 reopening, but no construction has started since the fire in 2009.

The owner is facing delays because a current sewer line must be extended about a half mile to reach the property.  Officials are working with the owner to figure out how to pay for it.  The new owner says he still hopes for construction to start this year.

The Opry's former manager is scheduled to face trial in July on arson charges.
