LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A fire at the Slate Run apartment complex on Granite Drive in Lyndon didn't hurt anyone, but caused extensive damage.

Lyndon Battalion Chief John Stich tells WDRB News it looks as if the fire started in the back of one apartment.    No one was home when the fire broke out, and it didn't spread to any other units.

One person has been displaced by the fire, which has been ruled accidental, caused by an unattended candle.

The fire was first reported at 12:45 p.m. Monday, and was extinguished within 20 minutes.
