Oldham animal control officer arrested

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Oldham County Police have arrested an animal control officer and charged him with forgery, official misconduct, and theft.

James Nichter has been placed on unpaid administrative leave from Oldham County Animal Control.  Police say they were "notified of a discrepancy with funds received and an apparently altered intake form."
