LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Jeffersontown, Ky. man has been arrested after police say he was selling hallucinogenic mushrooms.

It happened Wednesday night.

Police say they got permission to search the apartment of 19-year-old Tanner W. Williamson, near the intersection of Taylorsville Road and Merioneth Drive, shortly after 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to an arrest report, police found hallucinogenic mushrooms packaged for sale, digital scales, $435 and a loaded shotgun. Police say Williamson admitted to selling the mushrooms.

When officers tried to place handcuffs on Williamson, he allegedly kicked his feet and flailed his arms, and had to be physically restrained. Police say he also had marijuana in his pocket.

Williamson was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
