LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The man accused of stalking actress Jennifer Lawrence's brother is being ordered to undergo a psychiatric exam.
A judge ordered Zhao Han Cong of Vancouver, British Columbia held while a report from a federal medical facility is prepared. That report would address his competence to stand trial.
Cong was charged Monday with interstate stalking and repeated harassing phone communications.
An affidavit says Cong repeatedly contacted Jennifer Lawrence's brother Blaine through e-mail and voice mail messages. It says Cong flew from southwestern Canada to Louisville in April and continued the threats.
Police arrested Cong in April and turned him over to federal authorities on May 7.
