LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say it was forensic science that landed one Louisville man behind bars, after he was linked to a restaurant robbery.

Police say on Jan. 13, 29-year-old Chad Mobley walked into a Burger King on Hurstbourne Parkway and presented a demand note stating that he was armed with a gun.

According to an arrest report, Mobley fled the scene of the Burger King with cash.

Police say Mobley was caught after forensic science linked him to the scene of the robbery.

A grandmother and her two grandchildren were in the Burger King at the time of the robbery, according to an arrest report.
