LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police say a Louisville man burglarized a neighbor's home, then after being forced to pay restitution, ran down the neighbor's bicycle with his car, assaulted the neighbor, and took back the restitution money.

Harold Brashear, Junior faces wanton endangerment, assault, and robbery charges.

An arrest warrant says Brashear had been charged with robbery for breaking into the home of a neighbor, Johnnie Perry.  At a court hearing, Brashear was ordered to pay $100 in restitution.

The warrant says Brashear followed Perry, who was riding his bike, and ran Perry down with his car.  It says Perry ran onto the porch of someone he knew, and fought with Brashear, who took back the $100 in restitution.

Perry was taken to University Hospital with cuts and bruises.
