LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man who police say admitted to shooting and killing his step-daughter will need $250,000 to get out of jail.
Fred Leach pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, assault, attempted murder and tampering with physical evidence.
Leach admitted to police that he shot and killed his step-daughter, and sent two of his nieces to the hospital. It happened early Tuesday morning on North 36th Street, between Market Street and Duncan Street.
Police say the shootings took place after Leach argued with the women over who was allowed to live in the home.
