LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One person is dead following a single vehicle crash in southern Indiana.
It happened just before midnight Wednesday on Hancock Chapel Road in Harrison County.
Lieutenant Mike Kurz with the Harrison County Sheriff's Department says 31-year-old Christopher Farnsley was heading east on Hancock Chapel Road when 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck left the road for an unknown reason and struck a tree before veering back into the roadway.
Farnsley died at the scene.
A female passenger was taken to Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Officials say her injuries are not life-threatening.
