LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say two men checked into the Galt House but didn't have the money to pay their bill when it was time to leave.
According to the arrest slip, Galt House employees called police early this morning when 24-year-od Michael A. Silva and 20-year-old Eric Clouse said they didn't have the money to pay their $1,617.30 tab.
Police say Clouse unsuccessfully tried to contact friends or family members for help paying the bill.
According to police, Silva and Clouse knew they didn't have the money before they checked in.
They were arrested and charged with theft of services.
