Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Four young men hospitalized after a plane crash on Seneca Golf Course are still recovering.
The Cessna 172 went down near the 18th hole of the golf course Tuesday night.
The victims have been identified as Adam Breitmeyer, Cody Goodan, Josh Daddona, and Josh Trumbo.
University Hospital officials tell WDRB that three are in serious condition, and one is critical condition.
The aunt of one of the victims says they are all recent graduates of Butler Traditional High School, and the pilot has been licensed for nine months.
Federal authorities are investigating.
