LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police say a southern Indiana mother drowned her two young children before she then drowned, but it's not a closed case for prosecutors.
In March, the bodies of 35-year-old Jaime Clutter, her 10-year-old son and six-month-old daughter were found in a creek in New Albany.
But later this month, Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson wants a grand jury to hear from investigators and other witnesses to make sure all angles have been covered.
Police said Clutter suffered from mental illness, including postpartum depression.
