LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A group of family members pray outside, in the middle of the day, between two houses, where their loved one was murdered.

In February of 2012, 30 year old Samarius Claycomb Jr. was shot to death in the 600 block of 37th Street in the Shawnee Neighborhood.

Monday afternoon, Claycomb's father and several family members returned to the scene.

Family members surrounded a picture of Claycomb with candles and a bible.

"We just want to know what happened to our loved one," says Darrell Claycomb.

The family hopes someone watching knows something that will help lead to an arrest and the closure they need and asks people to call the LMPD tip line at (502) 574-LMPD.
