The civil suit filed in Monroe Circuit Court in Bloomington, Ind., names Corey Rossman, Jason Rosenbaum and Michael Beth. Charlene and Robert Spierer blame them for the injury, harm or death of their daughter.

The suit says all three were aware that Lauren was drunk and disoriented. It also states the men neglected her safety by abandoning her in an area that was known for criminal acts.

Spierer disappeared two years ago in Bloomington following a night of drinking. She has not been found.

No one has been charged with any crime connected to her disappearance.
