LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Job seekers looking for worker turned out this morning at Simmons College.

The "Bridges to Opportunity" job fair brought those looking for work in touch with decision makers, support agencies and training partners that can help match job seekers for transportation and construction projects.

The job fair was put on in part by Walsh Construction, the lead contractor on the Ohio River Bridges Project.

Construction on the east end and downtown bridges are expected to create hundreds of jobs over the next three years.
