LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a teenager for refusing to be quiet at a local theater.
It happened in the Cinemark theater at Mall St. Matthews at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say they were already at the theater when they notified there was a man inside who was "causing a scene."
According to the arrest report, 19-year-old Dustin T. Perkins was, "causing a public inconvenience" and "annoyance" by making "unreasonable noise."
Police say an officer and several theater patrons asked Perkins to be quiet, but he refused, becoming combative with the police officer, as well as a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent who was present.
Perkins, "refused to obey several reasonable orders from officers" during the incident, according to the arrest report.
He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
