Louisville's downtown Trolley Hop program, sponsored by Republic Bank and supported by the Main Street Association and TARC, will expand its current route from Main and Market Streets to South 4th Street starting Friday, July 5th.
The additional route will operate on the existing 4th Street circulator, which runs from Main Street to Broadway.
Riders will also have the option of exploring the recently revitalized South Fourth District's newly opened stores and gift shops, which include Art Eatables, Block Party Handmade Boutique, Celebrations, Craft(s), Gifthorse, The Leading Man, Les Filles Louisville and Regalo.
The revitalization of the district was led by the Louisville Downtown Development Corporation in efforts to expand the retail corridor on the 500-600 blocks of South 4th Street.

The Republic Bank First Friday Trolley Hop takes place on Friday, July 5th from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Established in 2001, the First Friday Trolley Hop program has been going strong for more than ten years. The Republic Bank First Friday Trolley Hop is held on the first Friday of each month, rain or shine, and the trolleys are free and run until 11 p.m.
