Elizabethtown July 4 celebration rescheduled

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Rain canceled the July 4 Founder's Day celebration, and it has been rescheduled.

The celebration in Elizabethtown will be help at Freeman Lake Park on July 14th.

All scheduled events such as First Federal's Kid's Fun Run, kid's area, vendors, 100th Army Band concert, portions of the Freedom Flag Program, Dedication to Mayor Walker's family, and First Federal Savings Bank fireworks will go on.

The event is free and starts at 5 p.m. with fireworks beginning at approximately 9:45-10 p.m.
