Reward in Jason Ellis murder is now $135,000

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The reward in the case of murdered Bardstown Police Officer Jason Ellis is now $135,000. 

Police say Officer Ellis was clearing tree limbs from the road when he was shot several times on an off-ramp to the Bluegrass Parkway in the early morning hours of May 25. Investigators think the tree limbs were intentionally placed there as part of a plan to kill Ellis.
