Sometimes the best place to get a little quiet time to gather your thoughts is in the bathroom. Personal trainer and fitness expert Michelle Yeager Turner says that's the one place where people won't bother her. But she also found that it's a great place to get some exercises in.
Yeager Turner uses the Toilet for squats, the sink for triceps dips and pushups and the bathtub for planks.
Also, Michelle will be organizing boot camp group around the city. For example, if a church called that would like her to do a bootcamp on site one evening a week, she could schedule it.
Once the school year starts, several teachers contact her to do bootcamps at their individual schools.
Anyone interested in setting up a boot camp, contact Michelle Yeager Turner on her website.
About Michelle Yeager Turner:
Getting active and motivated is tough for many women--especially after having a baby. But Michelle Yeager-Turner had many challenges to bring her beloved son Maximus into the world. Gymnastics as a child, cheerleading in high school and even competitive bodybuilding couldn't prepare her for the toll it took on her body. Add ten weeks bed rest, and Michelle was ready to get moving, after her son arrived.
But she found it difficult to work out because not many gyms were sympathetic to her son crying in daycare. So Michelle found another way. She created her own at-home workouts. She learned a lot about herself and what it takes to get back on track.
