LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a man after he robbed a woman he met while donating plasma.

According to an arrest report, the incident took place on Sunday afternoon.

Police say 26-year-old Eric E. Taylor was at a local CSL Plasma Center when he met the victim. According to the report, the two were sitting next to each other while donating plasma.

After the procedure, the victim offered Taylor a ride home. Police say she took him as far as South Central Park, when a second suspect -- this one unidentified at this time -- approached her car and pointed a gun at her head.

At this point, Taylor, who was still in the car, allegedly took the woman's purse, cell phone and cash. Police say he then got out of the woman's car and got into another vehicle with the other unknown suspect. Then the pair drove away.

Police captured Taylor on Wednesday afternoon, when he allegedly confessed to the crime.

He's been charged with first degree robbery.
