LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've found another prostitute via the online classified site Backpage.com.
According to arrest reports, police say they found an ad for a prostitute, 20-year-old Destinee B. Belcher, on the "escort" section of the site. An undercover detective made an appointment to meet with Belcher at the Chariot Hotel on Embassy Square Blvd., near the intersection of Plantside Drive and S. Hurstbourne Pkwy.
The undercover detective allegedly made a deal to pay Belcher $90 to perform a sex act.
Belcher's boyfriend, 31-year-old Christopher Lane, was also there and helped to facilitate the deal. Police say he wanted the money to pay for the hotel room and to purchase Speed. The two had been staying there for two months, according to arrest reports.
Todd Horton, age 37, was outside the hotel acting as a lookout, according to police. Police say he was talking on the phone with his accomplices and walking around the parking lot, trying to spot undercover vehicles.
Belcher, Lane and Horton were arrested. Belcher is charged with prostitution, while Horton and Lane are charged with promotion of prostitution.
