LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Around 3:45 Sunday morning, a 2013 Ford Mustang struck the wall of Alan's Automotive on Highway 111 in New Albany.

Police say the driver suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Floyd County Coroner says 28-year-old Samuel Clayton Williams was the driving the car at the time of the accident.

CART (Combined Accident Reconstruction Team) was called to the scene and is investigating the crash.

High speed is believed to be a factor in the accident.

Alan's Automotive sustained sever damage to the wall that was struck.
