LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The only suspect in the shooting deaths of four people in Waynesville, Indiana pleads guilty in court in a seperate case.
The guilty plea is for a separate battery case that 55-year-old Samuel Sallee was involved in. In the battery case Sallee was sentenced to six months, but with time served he could be released this weekend.
Sallee has been behind bars since the May 11th shootings, but hasn't been charged with that crime.
But he's been indicted on federal weapons charges, and could be taken into custody by federal officials.
