LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Accused serial killer William Clyde Gibson appeared in court Wednesday morning.
As he entered, the son of one of his alleged victims stared him down.
Today, attorneys firmed up dates as the murder trial of Christine Whitis approaches in October. A jury pool in Dearborn County, Ind. has been narrowed down. Jury selection starts in September.
Police found Whitis' dismembered body in Gibson's garage in 2012. He faces the death penalty.
Since jurors will be away from their homes for at least two weeks, ministers will be brought in for Sunday services.
Gibson will be tried later for the murders of Karen Hodella and Stephanie Kirk.
