LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Looks like Brownsboro Road will stay as it is after Louisville city leaders got little public input on plans to change it.
It was scheduled to go on what's called a "road diet", reducing a four lane road to two lanes with a continuous turning lane.
Mayor Greg Fischer says the diets are good for public safety by slowing traffic without impeding it.
But, Fischer stopped the plans saying residents were *not given enough time to study the impact and voice their opinion.
