LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A court is trying to settle a dispute that's divided the family who owns Holiday World.

The widow and brother of the park's president, who died in 2010, are fighting over control.

Attorneys for Lori Koch and Dan Koch argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals on Tuesday.

A local judge ruled in January that Lori Koch was majority shareholder of the holding company that operates the park -- but Dan Koch appealed, saying an agreement signed by Will Koch required her to sell her shares to him.

The park has been operated by the Koch family since 1946.
