LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Testimony in the third murder trial for David Camm will resume Monday morning in Lebanon, Indiana.
Camm has twice been convicted of murdering his wife and two children in his Georgetown home 13 years ago, but both convictions have been overturned.
Testimony began Thursday after attorneys spent seven days selecting a jury.
On the stand Friday, a crime scene technician testified he thought Camm was guilty before he even collected evidence at the scene.
That prompted Camm's attorneys to claim the police investigation was sloppy.
Prosecutors say they expect to finish presenting their case on September 3.
