Sarah Allgeier's Cheesy Pear Pecan Pizza

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Yeast

1 1/4 cups lukewarm water

1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

4 ounces goat cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

4 - 5 Anjou pears, sliced thin

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 teaspoon minced ginger root

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cardamom

1 cup pecans*

1 cup bourbon*

Combine flour and salt in medium bowl; make well in middle and add Fleischmann's yeast, water and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Let sit 15 minutes to dissolve yeast. Mix until just combined, knead until smooth and elastic. Place in lightly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubles in size, about 45 minutes. Divide dough in half, roll out one 10-inch circle and place on a pizza pan. Spread olive oil over surface of the crust. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture onto crust. Arrange sliced pears into a circle on top of the cheese mixture. Mix together honey, lemon juice, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Heat honey mixture in microwave for 10 seconds and then drizzle over pears. Place drained pecans on pan and place in oven with pizza. Cook pecans for 10 to 15 minutes, remove from oven and coarsely chop. Cook pizza for 20 to 25 minutes (total) until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped pecans onto pizza. Cut and enjoy!

*Soak the pecans in bourbon overnight. Drain.

Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
