LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has been arrested after police say he was involved in human trafficking.

According to an arrest report, Omar Suarez Buelga, age 52, was working with a 17-year-old prostitute. Police say he would find customers for the prostitute, set up meetings and charge the prostitute $5, both as a finder's fee and as a fee for using his room.

Police say the prostitute "didn't know many people in Kentucky."

Buelga was arrested at his apartment on Iowa Avenue, near S. 4th St., shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday night. He's charged with engaging in human trafficking and promotion of prostitution.
