LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A key witness could testify as early as this week in the third murder trial for David Camm.
Charles Boney was convicted in 2006 of the murders of Camm's wife and three children.
Prosecutors say Boney was Camm's accomplice the night of the murder on September 2000.
Camm has twice been convicted of the murders, but Indiana courts overturned them both.
Last week, the jury heard the interrogation interviews, when Camm sat down with Indiana Police just prior to his arrest 13 years.
