LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky U.S. Senator Rand Paul is trying to turn the tide ahead of a possible presidential run.
On Monday afternoon, Paul took part in a Community Conversation in West Louisville. One of the concerns raised during the event was restoring voting rights to convicted felons. Leaders wanted Paul to intervene on the state level.
Earlier this year Paul visited Simmons College and Howard University, trying to convince more African Americans to vote Republican.
Paul is currently considering a run for President in 2016.
