NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WDRB) -- A Southern Indiana fugitive is still on the run, but police came close to catching him Tuesday.
The Floyd County Sheriff's Department says an officer spotted 37-year-old New Albany resident Ronald Graham in a cemetery on Grant Line Road. Police chased Graham into Clark County where he crashed into trees along Atkins Road and ran off.
Detective Major Jeff Topping with the Floyd County Sheriff's Department says Graham has warrants for meth charges, resisting arrest, domestic battery and breaking and entering, among others.
Police called off the search around 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Indiana State Police say they spotted Graham about a week-and-a half ago, but he got away.
