LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The jury selection for accused serial killer William Clyde Gibson continues on Tuesday near Cincinnati.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys say they must widdle down nearly 500 potential jurors before next month's trial in New Albany.

Jurors are being pulled from Dearborn County because of pre-trial publicity.

Gibson first trial will be for the alleged murder of 75-year-old family friend Christine Whitis. Gibson is also charged with killing Stephanie Kirk in 2012 and Karen Hodella in 2002.
